Inspired by the needs of people of all ages, from kids to seniors, Géraldine teaches a variety of TriYoga classes in our small group yoga studio. Géraldine teaches a broad range of healing and invigorating Asanas (yoga poses).
Characterized by its fluid and graceful movements, TriYoga allows the release of the spine while rhythmic breathing and points of focus prove to be transformative and meditative.
TriYoga was founded by internationally renowned yogini, Kali Ray. TriYoga brings together postures (asana), breath (pranayama), and focus (mudra) in a sequenced flow that results in increased energy and clarity.
