Qi Gong: Restorative Practice for Enhanced Focus, Breathing & Mobility
Come join us on a fun Sunday afternoon for a little Qi Gong party. We’ll be using the large central area at Wellspring to accomodate everyone – pure juice refreshments, snacks and mats will be provided. Come learn about this amazing, low-impact, restorative practice that you can use to supplement any of your mobility, flexibility or pain-relief goals while at Wellspring or on your own.
Xie Ling Welch is a renowned Qi Gong practitioner. Originally from China, where she was a former professional gymnast and movement coach, Xie Ling operated a successfull Wellness & Movement Center in Chicago for 15+ years before bringing her gift to Scottsdale. Whether you’re a type-A ultra-athlete or someone struggling against extreme pain or mobility restrictions and want to discover a new way to empower yourself, Qi Gong has something to offer everyone. Come learn the basics (and possibilities) of Qi Gong in a friendly, supportive environment around fellow Wellspring staff, members & guests.
