What do Okinawa (Japan), Sardinia (Italy), Nicoya (Costa Rica), Icaria (Greece) and Loma Linda, California have in common?

They are the 5 places in the world where residents, on average, live the longest, the so-called ‘Blue Zones.’

Join Dana Bosselmann, MA, RDN, LMT, IFNACP, as we explore the key features of ‘Blue Zone’ living in a collaborative, engaging conversation with participants.

Who knows, maybe 100 years from now they can add Scottsdale, Arizona to the ‘Blue Zone’ list!

What is Functional Nutrition?

Functional nutrition is a specialized approach to addressing the root cause of dysfunction on a case-by-case basis.  It utilizes an in-depth review of what we eat, how we sleep, move, think, and find connection to understand the interwoven nature these components add into the bigger picture of health.  By addressing all of these lifestyle factors in concert, it becomes possible to see improvements in energy levels, mood, performance and overall zest for life!
